Design asynchronous and synchronous training modules for facilitators and participants in the planned dialogues.

The tangible results of this objective include:

There will be asynchronously delivered pre-workshop materials, followed by a three-hour synchronous online workshop for each of the seven groups. The dialogue facilitators in these seven thematic areas will reinforce these techniques.

There will be improved listening and dialogue skills as assessed via the application pre-test-post-test approach.

There will be an improved environment for the achievement of Objectives 3, 4 and 5.
