Collaborative Dialogue facilitation training events held for TRACK-STAR WGs

One of the core objectives of the TRACK-STAR project is Training in dialogue facilitation, active listening, and conflict management.

Within this objective, the project team has designed asynchronous and synchronous training modules for facilitators and participants in the planned Working Group dialogues. The project has delivered the first set of training to the target group stakeholder organisations convened for these civil society dialogues on 17th and 20th May 2021. The project team will assess and track impact of training on stakeholder experiences during the remainder of the project.

The Institute for Constructive Advocacy and Dialogue (ICAD) at James Madison University has prepared a virtual TRACK-STAR specific online training session providing a theoretical basis for efficient and effective collaborative productivity in the working groups.

Once the stakeholders had the opportunity to work with the online training modules, the ICAD staff hosted the Working Groups for a synchronous virtual workshop to lay the groundwork for our task-focused work on 17th and 20th May 2021.
